Computer Science & Engineering

SITAR’s computer science program involves students on the cutting edge of operating systems, artificial intelligence, information theory and coding, analysis of algorithms, complexity theory, numerical computation, combinatorial and computability theory.

The undergraduate program in computer science strives to prepare students to: Indentify, formulate, and solve challenging computer science problems; Develop professional skills that prepare them for immediate employment or graduate study in CS and related disciplines; Understand the social and human context in which their CS work will be used; and Communicate ideas and collaborate effectively with other members of research and development teams.
